Using ABC "Halo Deco Blocks" is simple!
Select the color and pattern desired. You can match blend and contrast for different effects. Then use a pair of scissors and follow pattern provided to cut out halos. Finally, remove the adhesive back and apply halos to baton ball and tip. (Shaft too, if desired)
